Here are some of our most frequently asked questions
How do I return a pallet?

Its simple, just call Customer Service Team on 0800 774 237 or email us at sales@spicersnz.co.nz and we'll take care of the rest. We just need to know how many you have and where to collect them from.

If you're within the Auckland Metro area we'll arrange a collection via Spicers truck.

For those regional, we'll sell you a freight provider ticket with our chosen carrier. Please note, there is a minimum collection of 3 pallets for the regions. Please store your pallets in a safe place until they are ready for collection.

After the pallets have been returned we will credit against the original invoice.

What is your returns policy?

At Spicers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team by phone or email for approval. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for non-defective items. Returns after 14 days or for change of mind, over-ordering, or ordering errors are not accepted. Clearance and custom products are non-returnable. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

How can I open a trading Account?

Opening an account with us is simple! Just get in touch with our Accounts department and we'll send you over an Application Form - accounts@spicersnz.co.nz

How do I find out my Account Balance?

The quickest and easiest way to check your Account is by logging on to your webstore and viewing the details under ‘My Account’.

If you don’t have a webstore login, simply phone our Customer Service team or email accounts@spicersnz.co.nz
for your Account Balance.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can! We offer 'Click and Collect' from all of our locations around the country. We require 4 hours notice for any collect orders.

It is a requirement that anyone collecting from our Distribution Centres must wear a hi viz and adhere to our safety procedures. If you are unsure, or need guidance, please see one of our staff for assistance.

How do I add or remove a user from my account?

You'll need to get in contact with us to make these changes. Just phone our Customer Service team and they will make these changes for you.
